Refund please

First of all, the problems of receiving and returning this item were and are ridiculous. It took forever to get here, and after returning it, there is still no record or refund. These offer no support and my feet were sloshing around in them. Seems like a really good way to twist an ankle. Not worth it.

Like the Boot but too narrow

Bought for walking in our local regional park. Wore around the house and found it had a very comfortable foot bed, and loved the ankle height. But alas, it was too narrow for me and tired my feet. Having to return.
