Buyer Beware @ Macys & Terani Couture!!

Disappointed!!! I’d advise not to order thru Macys for a third part transaction (at least from Terani Couture) I received the gown on 4/23/24 and returned the following day to Macys East Brunswick, NJ . I am still waiting for the $506.00 to be credited to my account. Here it is June 12, 2024 and I am paying interest for an item I don’t even have. I emailed the seller direct, called Macys customer service who also emailed seller. I called Terani Couture in California, was given two emails to address the issue. Was told it can take up to several weeks to see credit. Terani blamed Macys and of course Macys blamed Terani. When I initially started the return online I brought the item back to the store in East Brunswick, NJ. I was tracking it and said there was a train derailment in California. Finally it was received by the seller and it said pending return. I checked the status yesterday and it stated my delivery window is closed and that it was delivered to me. I will be calling again today, as well as placing a call to the BBB. Macys/Terani Couture I not only want my $506.00 credit on my account, I demand the interest that was charged to my card for this transaction.
