Love it and Life Changer

There's some things in life that you learn, sometimes the best lessons are by pure accident... this mattress supported my back (I wasn't aware of my spine issues!) saved my sleep, changed my life. I would not normally spend that kind've $ on (a bed) but found it is one of the most important things in your life, incredible. I love its firm support & "non heating" cooler materials. Hope it doesn't ever lose its good quality. Nicely made.

Back Pain Gone and The Cooling Is a Game Changer

This mattress has made a real difference in my daily life. My back pain disappeared, and I can finally sleep on my side again without shoulder discomfort. The cooling technology is something I didn’t know I needed, but it keeps me comfortable all night and helps me sleep deeper. I wake up feeling better than I’ve had in years.

Stiff\Hard

The mattress was much more stiffer than the model I tried in store. I’m hoping that it softens up and starts to contour to my body. In addition the adjustable base is loud on highest vibration mode.

BEWARE: Caused Serious Back & Sholder Pain

We paid 6k for what we thought was the best bed on the market. Ended up in physical therapy. Never experienced anything like this. Worst investment ever made. Rooms to Go will be the last place we ever buy furniture!

Too Firm - Waking up in PAIN

I'm reaching out regarding my Tempur-Pedic ProBreeze Medium Hybrid which I purchased for over $6,000, including an adjustable base. After seven months, I am experiencing severe shoulder and hip pain, along with numbness and tingling in my arms and feet. When I purchased the mattress, I was assured by the salesperson that it would need time to break in. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Despite my efforts to adapt, I find myself waking frequently throughout the night due to discomfort, and the four-month trial period feels insufficient for a product that requires adjustment. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide, as I'm increasingly frustrated with my experience and am reconsidering future purchases of Tempur-Pedic products. This is my second Tempur-Pedic. I lived my first one but I am hating this one. 4 months is INSUFFICIENT to decide especially when I was told to "give it more time to break in".
