Thinner than a pancake

I opened the package when i received this and was immediately disappointed to see that the box says "medium profile". The description made it sound like this had removable inserts that you can fill the pillow with to make it as high as you want. The pillow is maybe 3 inches thick and is floppy and soft. I didn't see any removable inserts and there were none in the box, so if they were even there they were already inside the pillow! Needless to say i am returning.
