Poor customer service

My topper arrived out of the box with a small flaw in the material of the cover. My warranty request was denied because I submitted my request 5 days after delivery. I was also told that Tempur-Pedic doesn't manufacture the topper covers. This item is expensive to be delivered with a flaw. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend the product.

Finally rested

I slept on this topper at my in-laws and got the best sleep of my adult life. My husband and I HAD to order this topper for our bed. Unfortunately, the mattress topper came damaged with holes in the cover and damage to the foam, although the delivery box was fully intact. Depending on how we resolve this issue will determine my overall satisfaction.

Comfort topper

I brought this because the adapt pro firm mattress I got was new. And a little to hard. This made it feel alot better. I now sleep better. An the cushion is really great... I am looking into the cooling one for this summer.

Don't waste your money!

I'm usually cold but wake up sweating every night! There is no recourse after owning the topper for only 3 weeks. Money wasted

I'm in Pain

This is the biggest waste of money, you will be in pain for weeks after sleeping on this for a week. You cannot return! They know the product is horrible that's why they do not offer refunds, no one would keep this junk. Had such high hopes for this product since it Tempur-Pedic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
