Can’t say honey
Needs to used to to see how Ugg we ohrg when I try my pillow for a week I will be able to give a good review of the pillow for now. I cannot so much having been busy.

The only pillow I'll ever buy again
The first night I used this pillow I woke up amazed that I had no neck pain . I felt like I slept on a cloud . Perfect for side sleepers . It helps align the body for a perfect night's sleep . I'll never buy any other pillow brand again . With a 5 year warranty I do not expect to buy one anytime soon . I never knew the right pillow for your sleeping position was such an important thing . Lesson learned .

A one star rating as Tempupedic won’t accept returns
This pillow is actually not bad. But given the fact that Tempurpedic charges an astronomical price yet won’t accept returns on pillows means you should look for other alternatives. If Tempurpedic was so sure you’d be happy with these pillows, they would not be sold with no returns or exchanges available.

Stiff neck and medical bills
This pillow absolutely changed my life, just not in a good way. After trying it briefly in the store, I decided to purchase it online. I used it for two nights and ended up with a stiff neck that lasted over three weeks. I then had to spend additional money on chiropractic care and acupuncture to undo the damage. Instead of providing support, it forced my neck into an unnatural position that caused real pain and lingering issues. This was not normal “adjustment” discomfort, it was injury-level discomfort that required treatment. For a product marketed as supportive and therapeutic, this was incredibly disappointing and costly. I would strongly caution anyone with neck sensitivity or prior issues. What felt fine for a few minutes in-store became a real problem at home.

It’s a cooling pillow and comfortable. I sleep great ok and have not had any headaches (when waking up) since we bought it and I started sleeping on it about 2 months. It’s a little thin so pillow cases don’t fit it well (even Tempur Pedic brands).

Too hard
In the showroom this was a dream so I bought it on line. Is awful! Hard and uncomfortable! I have sat on it and walked on it as they suggested for two months to no avail. Super expensive to not be able to return. DO NOT waste your money!
