Disappointed after trying everything
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really tried to like this soundbar. I updated the firmware, changed HDMI cables, even tried it with a different TV — but I'm honestly very disappointed. At low volume, the voices are not clear. The subwoofer adds a constant booming effect that doesn’t help — it actually makes speech harder to understand. The rear speakers always sound like there’s ocean noise in the background... like I'm standing on a beach. It’s distracting, not immersive. Are you planning to release a new firmware update? Or are these issues caused by the hardware, not software?

MAJOR FAILING POINT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent power - BUT there is an underlying 'washy'/'echoey' almost muffled layer of sound in the majority of soundscapes - ALL Audio modes, ALL forms of inputs - Trust me I've spent a great deal of time and indeed money trying fo find a workaround - the BAD layer of sound will not go away, I'm aware of others who have this too (check forums) so it's an implementation of the Sounbar audio processing in my mind, a genuine failing for the device I'm seeking already (a couple of months) to replace mine Not good - wanted it to be so good too Mine is coupled with TCL 85C855k TV via EAR with top rated, Ultra Hi Speed HDMI cables

Sound Bar

This soundbar has all the bass you need for your movies or music, i have another soundbar and this one definitely takes the Win. The design is amazing has a mirror like effect on the soundbar and super easy to clean off. Another great feature is that the sound waves adjust to the room that you are in i Love this Soundbar. If you can get your hand on it buy it you won’t regret it. Also super easy to set up. Thank you TCL for the opportunity of trying this amazing Soundbar. I also have the TCL tv and love them.

I love TCL

The equipment arrived well-packed, not a single scratch, not a single damage to the box, bravo! It was very easy to install and connect, everything is quite clear, the sound quality surprised me a lot, very chic, and the appearance is the most modern, not like other companies, will fit into any interior, I am very pleased. The installation menu is very simple, it was easy to set up. Unfortunately, the video cannot be loaded, the program freezes

LOVE THIS ADDITION !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we ended up mounting the actual sound bar to the bottom of the ceiling mounted tv. The quality of this sound bar and subwoofer is absolutely incredible. It can handle any genre of music. It can get LOUD. Love love love this!
