Not as good as the reviews

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as great as I’d hoped. I bought this based on lots of research (CNET,, etc). I was away for 4 months and upon my return, the tv didn’t stay connected to my internet . Luckily, Nika at TCL guided me through the steps to update, but this problem shouldn’t have happened. My old Samsung updated by itself in seconds.

8 Series is the Top of The Line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 65QM850G about 2 weeks ago. This has been my third TCL I've owned and I love it. I gave my girlfriend the previous 65S525 I had it three years and before that I had a 55" Roku. They all never gave me any problems. This new 8 series is above and beyond anything I've ever seem. Keep up the good work and I'll keep buying

Issue appears to be resolved on second call.

I bought 2 months ago and have been having an issue with the brightness going in and out. XIAN seemed to help fix the problem. This was the second time I needed to call to fix this issue.

Great Support!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV screen began showing an error code and would not display Spectrum cable channels. Called TCL support and got Nani. He was great. Even though it was a Spectrum issue and not a TCL issue, Nani identified the problem and talked me through fixing it. Thank you Nani and TCL.
