Quick Accurate Temperature Readout

As a former corporate restaurant manager, I know Taylor manufactures the highest quality restaurant equipment. The digital thermometer immediately provides me with a quick and accurate temperature reading. My yogurt and custard base for Gelato has turned out marvelously. Great for making candy and checking the internal temp. of meat-put the thermometer in the center of the thickest portion of the meat. Check different areas of your refrigerator and freezer- turn a paper cup upside down, push the pointed end through the center of the cup until it goes through the opposite end, turn on, and place in the refrigerator (drink side down) for 15-25 mins keeping the door closed.
