Best tubing mascara in the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a number of tubing mascaras in my like, but tartelette’s tubing mascara is by far my favorite. I have this in both black and brown and the formula does not flake off throughout the day like other brands have and is so easy to wash off. I wore it to a funeral without thinking and was afraid any tears would wash off the mascara but dabbing at moisture did not cause the mascara to smudge or wear off. 10/10.

Customer for life!!
