Prime Primer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This primer is the best of all the primers I,’ve tried. The mascara goes on very well over it and does not clump up on lashes. I will order more.

Ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off let me say I've never been a primer person but I love tarte so figured I'd try it. Personally I don't see much of a difference when I use it. It's not worth the time of the extra step for me.
