Length and thickening!

ALSO I love that it isn’t waterproof so when I take it off at night I don’t have to rub to hard under my eyes yet it doesn’t flake during the day ! Best yet…

Lashes will appear longer and fuller!

I have repurchased this multiple times. (In my initial hunt to find a lash primer, I tried less expensive brands, but they don’t hold a candle to Tarte!)

Use this everyday

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not only do I use opening act for my eyelashes, but I also use it to thicken my eyebrows, which are still pretty good but when I put on the opening act, it just opens up my eyes. Sometimes I only wear the lash primer and the mascara depends on what I’m doing. I love it thanks.

It really works.
