It's not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice color range but, has a TON of fallout. Fallout when swiping on my brush and while applying. It's chalky and for the price I would have hoped it to be better than it is. The colors are hard to build up. Mostly get patches of color even with primer on.

Warm and glowy
