Never buying again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one and it came it was all dried up and unusable. So I was sent another. This came the same way 2 mascaras that are garbage. I have used Tarte for over a Decade. I buy from online and ulta/sephora. I’ve bought this before and NEVER had dried up mascara from them. Super disappointed. Won’t be purchasing again. Way too expensive for an old product that isn’t usable.

Quality and formula have changed IMO
