AMAZING!

No smudge eye liner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best eye liner for someone with a thick eyelid. Other liners always smudge on the top of my eyelid when I open and close my eyes. I'm constantly looking in the mirror to wipe off excess but not with this one. It is a precision line and no smudging. I already have another one on order and my old ones are going in the garbage!
