Formula is dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is pretty if you find the right brush. It worked best for me if I tap the brush onto the product first then tap brush on to my cheeks. It’s not the easiest formula to work with and I couldn’t get it to work directly onto my cheeks as it moves my foundation underneath. It’s very subtle as well.
