Neckless is very thin

The neckless is very thin, while putting my shirt on it broke. Now I have to make some time to go and return it in the store.

Not Helpful service

I wanted to return this necklace. I could not print out the return label. Also I could not get help at UPS places because it needed to be ready for mailing. I asked continuously for an address I could mail it. No one gave me an address. I will never purchase anything from Macy again. no wonder you are having financial problems.

It is a bit too small for my taste. Also you need to buy a new chain because the one it comes with is very flimsy.
