Very nice!

This sweater has a nice quality feel and it will definitely work for spring, summer, fall and even winter if you’re hot natured like me. I’m 5’8 around 212lb and the XL large fits perfectly. The neckline is perfect for 18’ necklaces if you like for them rest on your skin instead of the top. I was so pleased, I just ordered ALL THE REMAINING COLORS! It’s an excellent choice for casual or business settings. In a nutshell, this one is a win!

Wrong merchandise sent and bad return policy

I received the wrong shirt, it was floral, wrong size and nothing I would wear. I originally wanted her to send me the shirt I ordered. The lady said I'm sorry I can't find that shirt it's been sold out. Mean while I was online and had it in my cart again. I tried to tell her that I saw it online. She act like she couldn't see it. She asked if I would like a refund. I said yes even though I didn't. I later received an email saying I needed to return the wrong shirt before I would be refunded. What in the world is going on? I just don't understand any of this. I had to order the shirt again and I called and the lady said if I didn't return the wrong shirt I would be charged twice??? I said I don't understand. It seems like they were going to charge me for the shirt I bought and never received and the wrong shirt they sent. Eventually they said they would refund my money and to donate the one I received. Hopefully the next shirt is the right shirt when I get it.

Nice sweater top but runs small

This was exactly what I was looking for: a plain short sleeve sweater top that could be worn alone or under a sweater or blazer, casual or dressed up with jewelry or a nice scarf. Unfortunately, it runs small (and clingy!) - so small that in my regular size (L - for a 5’10-1/2”, 150#, broad shouldered frame, M torso), my shoulders popped out completely on both sides. Sizing up to an XL, shoulders were OK (not big) - but the rest of the top was huge and hung like a sack (even though it’s designed to be a close fitting sweater). Sadly, had to return both, since neither size fits.
