Web ID: 19160788I like Macy’s but not West county location
My husband made a purchase at the West County Macy’s location because it is convenient and close to our home. However, he did not use my Macy’s Money at the time of purchase. I had intended to apply my Macy’s Money toward our this purchase, as I worked hard to earn it and believe it should be used. Since we already spend lots of time on the items, we did not want to return anything—we simply wanted to use my Macy’s Money. The very next day, we visited the West County Macy’s store to address this. An employee at AYS informed me that in order to use my Macy’s Money, I would need to return and repurchase the items. Unfortunately, there were No discounts available that day. I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the manager, Lauren. She said that if I wanted to use my Macy’s Money, I would have to pay the current price, but if I wanted to keep same price, I could not use it. It was not a big purchase, but she said “This is not a Macy’s policy. We do this for customers, but not for you. We can’t treat you as a customer and do what we do for customers because you are a Macy’s colleague.” However, I do not even work at the West County location—I was a customer there. Lauren suggested that I could return the purchase and get a refund, even though I had never requested a return. Her attitude was rude, and I felt disrespected. She was not wearing her name badge, which made it difficult to identify her. I had to struggle to find out her name. When I initially asked for her name, she ignored me. I wanted to say, “Ma’am, please wear your name badge at least—you are a manager. Macy’s policy requires employees to wear name badges.” She even asked me to call my store and my managers to check with them, which I declined. Her behavior was unprofessional, and I was left speechless. Lauren neither greeted me nor said goodbye, which I found disappointing. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment. However, two other employees at the store were polite. I believe Lauren acted rudely because she saw another store’s name on my Macy’s Money. To me, TIME is more valuable than money, so we kept our purchases and left—unhappy and disappointed. Overall, my experience at the West County Macy’s was poor, and I would rate it 1/10.
Adorable dress
This dress is form figuring for any shape you are, it lays well on your body and looks beautiful. The material is well made but it does run a bit small, normally a size 14 had to go up to 16.

Cheap floral
Cute but a little cheap feeling
It was just ok
I returned it. Material too thin. I didn’t think it was worth the price.
