Do not bother

After a few uses, the fabric ripped taking the wheel off. Cheap product, wouldn’t recommend. Save yourself the trouble and just buy something else.

J.U.N.K don’t bother with it

I purchased because it was a good deal for three pieces. Like so many of you I agree with you all about it being junk. I am just now using it and the wheel broke off the bottom and luggage busted. I am so mad.I would never recommend it and mad at Macys because they say I am out of time to do anything, Someone’s going to fix this issue even with a free repairman. I think it cost too much money for my first use and it breaks.

Waste of money.

Do not purchase. Save your money. Used one time and the wheels are ripping off the largest one. Medium size one had a deep dent.

JUNK

These suitcases are junk! I have used them twice and they have already cracked on the bottom and when I tried to zip them, the zip tab snapped off! Not worth the money!

Horrible set do not buy

This set was horrible. Bought it and traveled the next day. Wheels don't roll seamlessly making a lot of noise as if they were struggling to turn. 1st disaster hit in NY the wheel from the largest suitcase broke clean off the body. The plastic is so flimsy it cracked and with each revolution, the tear got bigger and I lost a wheel. I had to find a dumpster to trash that suitcase and buy another for the return trip home. Fast forward. I gave the medium-sized suitcase to my daughter and told her to use it versus her Large suitcase for traveling back and forth to Yale. Her suitcase is trash she used it 2x and the wheel is half hanging on with her suitcase also. This set is very poorly made. If i could I would give it zero stars. Only viable one is the smallest one and only because we haven't used it yet. Will not be buying this brand again.

cheap product

The wheel broke off after one use and the internal zipper broke. This is a very cheap product that I do not recommend. I should be entitled to a refund or replacement at the very least.

Don’t Buy

Used 1 time!!!!!!!!! Wheels came off suitcases ….one on 2 of them.. Company said it was airlines problem.. I had luggage for over 20 years and fly all the time never had this happen… CHEAPLY MADE..Don’t buy

flimsy

Buttom and wheels broke after 2 usage. Shell is very flimsy.
