BROKE WITHIN A YEAR

First time using this luggage set the plastic feet broke off exposing metal screw heads. Second time using the casing around the wheel cracked and con-caved. Very poorly manufactured…buyer beware! A very disappointed customer.

Cheap quality

The luggage was ruined from first trip. The hard casing is very low quality & thin.

poor quality

I bought one of the biggest luggage from a person who sold through Postmark in Feb. 25. We used it only once but t's broken the wheel part.

Wheels broke off after 1 trip. Enough said. Avoid at all cost. Buy samsonite.

Looks good but

I was excited about them as they do look good, steady material and fun BUT, it got all bended during the first airplane trip. LOL

TAG Gateway 3 piece Hardside luggage ser

I love the color of this set, it’s also a good size. I should have also read the product description a little more as I did not realize it does not have the ability to expand further. I am not that happy with the handling, the wheels don’t seem to glide and spin as easily as another suitcase I already own.

Purchased for my daughter and her family. They travel a lot and thought this color would be easy to spot and their favorite team is Los Angeles, perfect color.

Wheel Broke off after 2 trips

I bought this set because it had multiple size luggage: the one I thought I would use the most was the medium size for my weekend getaways, however after the second trip the wheel already broke off. I thought I would be getting good sturdy quality because the price point was not cheap, however after two trips it shouldn’t be falling apart. Since I didn’t travel often when I purchased it, I was outside the window to return.
