Bought these for a wedding

Shoes losing their finish. Bad support.

This is a beautiful shoe however, the finish started to come off. I have 17 pairs of Taft shoes and I figured that this may have just been a defective one. Customer service wasn't willing to do anything for me and suggested I go to a cobbler to have the finish reapplied and it may have been caused from getting wet. I feel like more could've been done and I had only wore them once with further flaking taking place. It's worth noting that the shoes are beautiful but I personally feel that something happened in the dying process of this pair.

outstanding Christmas gift for my husband

Very nice looking shoe. Quality made with leather. My husband was impressed with the packaging and the shoes themselves. Thank you Macy’s! Just a little expensive! But worth it!
