Needs more packaging material.

Broken dishes, returned it placed a second order and also this order had shattered dishes. The inside of the package needs to be have bubble rap. Disappointed 😞

Good

I recommend the product, I really liked it! But the UPS service is very bad, the box arrived damaged and the plates were broken.

Perfect

I was worried about the negative reviews d/t breakage but took a chance. We were searching for a set of dishes that had a healthy number of bowls and this set was perfect. The box of dishes traveled a long way and overseas but no breakage at all. There was cardboard between every item and boxed very snuggly. And the sale price couldn’t be beat.

Poor quality.

Not the best quality. Has many defects such as uneven surfaces, poorly cured, the brand logo is a clear sticker under every dish.

Damaged but they replaced

My dinnerware sets came damaged but Macys quickly replaced and had another set coming in 4 days. AND...I didn't have to send back the broken set. Hopefully my new set arrives in one piece.

Broken dishes

Broken dishes both times. The first order all the dinner plates plus some of the others were shattered. I asked for a replacement (I really love them). The new box was just delivered and they are broken too. I’m so disappointed, I don’t know if I want to continue with this.

Broken Dishes

I should have listen to the reviewers about the broken dishes, and to return you want me to bring this box back to the store for a refund, I'm 66 years old and cannot lift this box, I thanked the delivery guy for bringing the box into my home. They need to pack this better.
