Not for the tech challenged!

It’s a good tool but I have a little trouble with the Haptic Touch buttons. It takes some getting used to.

Technology isn’t always so great

When you can get this flat iron to work it’s great! However, the settings are SO complicated to update/adjust. Basic things like turning the straightener off and on are confusing. I end up having to unplug it to turn it off. Do not throw away the instruction manual or else you’ll be lost every time you go to use this. I get so frustrated every time I use this flat iron that I end up using an old one I have. I totally regret buying this.

Great Iron - Horrible Buttons

Like the flatiron - but hate the buttons! They did not test this enough in product development. Such a hassle and not always responsive.

I love it so much.. but

I love this flat iron, I love that it has curved edges so you can curl too! I love that it’s a better option for the health of my hair as well and how futuristic it is as well! The downfall is that the button is so dang hard to get to switch to different modes or even turn it off!

I am impressed, it is great flat iron. Love the smart heat technology that accounts for my hair type. Apparently, I have been using much higher heat setting that is needed with my previous GHD flat iron. I got the same results with Smooth ID but on much lower setting. The hair held up frizz free for days.
