Sleeves are long and material is heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] True to size but the length of the sleeves were too long. Made the dress feel matronly. Material is also a bit to heavy for warmer months.

Looked like it was old not fresh like photo

The color on line appears the dress is blue and white embroidery. It is blue and with beige embroidery
