Cancelled Order with Feedback

I placed my order a couple times it was cancelled shortly after with no explanation. Reached out to the seller no response.

Didn’t even get shipped

Macys will immediately cancel your order, still charge your card, and take weeks to refund it. Take your business to Walmart, they have the same exact product but cheaper!

Not about product. Did not deliver

I should have listened to the reviews on here. Why Macy's is doing business with an unreliable 3rd party is beyond me. placed the order with 2 Macy's gift cards and a credit card then order was cancelled because they were unable to verify information for the order?! 3rd party or not, if they can't use the same ordering system then don't use them. No refund yet.

my daughter loves it

everything came on time with no issues ! not sure what happened with the other reviews … but it came on time , and I was able to track the package. was a lil worried cause I didn’t know Macy’s even sold gaming devices . but I’m pleased ☺️

Order canceled

My order was cancelled immediately online. I called and was told it was due to some security reason. Upon answering all the questions asked to clear up the identity of the order, it was still cancelled. But Macys took the money for the order and held it for a week. I was not even able to use the money for another purchase elsewhere. Not a good merchant practice to take people’s money for nothing in return.
