Poor quality

poor quality material The skirt does have all four side only 3 sides dropped down. The flat part that lay on the frame is not the same material as the dropped down pleat It is same kind of cloth material that is use to make recycled shopping bags!!!! very disappointing. Macy's should have done better in selection of merchandise !
