Disappointed

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I would love to rate this 0 stars but I can’t. The piece is beautiful but there must be some sought of defect. I had to purchase this twice due to the fact that it would just pop off. I believe Macy’s should reimburse each buyer and STOP selling this item. BUYERS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

This my second purchase of this item and it is not secure. It kept coming off and once again lost. I am very disappointed to spend money and loose it. I need a refund.

Flawed

Pretty while it lasted. Swarovski stone started falling out after a few months. Returns only accepted after 30 days so now I’m stuck with this flawed item!!!!

Crystal watch face

I absolutely loved this watch case. I bought a Michael Kors watch band also. They looked beautiful together. However, it DOES NOT stay on the watch. I have bought two of these and have lost both. It pops off the watch and you don't realize it until you look down and it is gone. Need to work on the design so it will clip on and stay on the watch. It would be nice to be reimbursed for this but I know that won't happen. I will not buy another, just glad I bought it when it was on sale. Even then it was expensive.

Pops off

I absolutely love the look of this. The quality of the look of it is beautiful. However, it easily pop off. I’ve now owned two of these because the first one popped off and was lost and I hoped it was a fluke. Nope. the second one lasted longer but once it pops off one time, it keeps doing it more often. I was usually lucky enough to find it on the ground around me, but alas, my second one has now been lost as well.
