Gorgeous piece but…

The necklace is gorgeous as expected. I love Swarovski and I know when ordering any piece I will be 100% satisfied. I just have one complaint and it is with the packaging. I usually order directly from the Swarovski website but I had my eye in this necklace from some time now and I noticed it was on sale on Macys, so I decided to order from Macys online. The packaging was really poor compared when ordering directly from Swarovski website. Other than that I highly recommend it!
