Don't bother

It was the cheapest ornament I have ever purchased from Swarovski. The quality is lacking, the cuts on the ornament do not make them sparkle like years prior! I brought it back immediately. Oh, and one other item, the weight of the crystal was obviously lacking.

Wrong item sent

I was sent the worng item. I was so excited to receive this ornament come to open the package that it wasn't it item i ordered I am extremely disappointed as this is no longer in stock and can't purchase it anywhere.

Exclusive Macy's ornament is beautiful.

The quality and beauty of the ornament were astounding. The delivery from Macy's was terribly slow.

Never received; ordered cancelled by Macy's.

Order was cancelled by Macy's after over a week. Item was then listed as out of stock. Was never able to get the ornament, and it was a gift for Christmas.

Do not trust Macys!

False advertising and huge disappointment! I ordered two of these ornaments for gifts 12/8, A few days before Christening I was notified they were on back order and would not be there in time for Christmas. Then after Christmas I get a notice that they are discontinued and not available!!! Totally unacceptable! I no longer trust Macys!
