Unreliable Fulfillment of Order

I made a purchase on Dec 1st for a Swarovski Ornament 2024 and two other ornaments. The Swarovski ornament kept saying processing. I contacted customer service by telephone and asked about the Swarovski 2024 ornament, which was an important gift to me for my daughter's first home. The customer service representative lied and told me it was being processed and would be here by Wednesday the 11th. I checked today, and Macy's canceled my order 12 days after being placed. No e-mail to inform me of this. Macy's was still selling this at the beginning of last week. Thank God I ordered it from Bloomingdales on Monday and received it on Thursday. Macy's should take a page from Bloomingdale's fulfillment & Customer Service Book. I'm done ordering from Macy's

Perfect addition to the collection!

I love the sparkly fireworks! I get the annual ornament every year and this is definitely one of my favorites that Swarovski has done.
