I really wanted to like them

I really wanted to like the earrings. However, the ones I received barely have luster, they are smaller than I hoped (the length was not a part of the description), and they have an unfortunate design feature that distracts me. A lower part of a hook closure on a back of an earlobe is too bulky and too visible, not adding/enhancing the look. All together I paid too much for the look I got in the earrings.
