The real thing

Bad costumer service from Suzy Levain.

There was a shipping issue, and Suzy Levian company sent me a note denying the replacement of the item. I was fortunate that a former neighbor noticed the oackage delivered to my former address and cintacted me. Once i received the ring. It looked amazing however it is actually very uncomfortable as the prongs rub the fingers next to the finger that has the ring on it. Causing irriation and discomfort.
