DO NOT BUY

Only had a few months and only used about 10 times when I experienced same issues as everyone else. Dryer made a click noise, so I turned it off and it began to smoke. So disappointed!!! Save your money and DO NOT purchase this dryer!!

Stay away, don’t loose your money!!

I recently gifted my wife this item, and she was delighted with it. However, after a few uses, it has unfortunately developed a burnt odor and ceased functioning. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

I just bought it and it doesn't turn on.

I bought it in November and after 2 weeks it stopped turning on. I don’t recommend

absolute piece of junk

Worked fine for 2 months, then started smoking and smelling like something was burning. The company would not do anything. Never again!!! Complete waste of my money!!!

Bad quality product

Very bad quality, I used like 10 times and didn’t work any more it started to smell burned and the it actually got burned.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

It is so bad, I want to give it a zero… but that’s not possible, so I give it a one. I used this hair dryer for a couple of weeks. First few times were great. It effectively dried my hair. However, one day I was using it and the low heat switch stopped working, so I could only use high heat or the cold option. All of a sudden the blow dryer became really hot and started smelling of smoke?????? I immediately unplugged it and put it away. I tried to use it a couple of days later because it’s my only hair dryer, and the same thing happened again, but this time SMOKE STARTS COMING OUT OF THE HAIR DRYER? I’m actually disturbed. Please do not buy this hair dryer.

Do not buy. Sutra will not honor warranty.

I had the same problem other reviewers had...heat and smell. The company's response? "Thank you for reaching out to us. Please send us a short video where we can see the issue with your tool." I explained you can't show heat and smell in an video, and they asked again for a video. ...???!!!!! YOU CAN'T SHOW PROBLEMS WITH HEAT AND SMELL IN A VIDEO!!! Their video request simply doesn't make sense. I believe Sutra simply doesn't want to honor the warranty because I bought my hair dryer from a Macy's that was going out of business...meaning I didn't pay *full retail price* for it...and the replacement hair dryer would be more expensive than what I'd paid for mine. If they can't honor their warranty (especially given this appears to be a common issue), you definitely don't want to buy from them.
