Low quality product. do not buy

The only thing I like about this is that it has multiple racks. Outside of that it does not seem to have been built with enough quality to be defined as an 'oven'. That is because it is such low quality parts that it cannot withstand the heat it produces without warping and falling apart. I have never had an oven's rack and frame bend like this one, its like they only built it out of materials to withstand 200 degrees, forgetting it is an oven designed to go to higher than that. It is shocking that an item this expensive is such low quality. Unfortunately the way the SLT customer service responds, it seems like they know its poorly built and have a talk track around avoiding replacing it or refunding you despite the SLT lifetime warranty policy they 'offer'. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this and would recommend anyone who has bought it to return it as soon as possible if you are able!
