Web ID: 10513126Ordered a Gray Full/Queen, but received a Black Full/Queen. Not worth the time to drive and return the wrong color. Macy/seller should have used the email to request a different color when they sold out the Gray, or remove the color option on the web page.

I ordered this online. Nice enough down alternative blanket. Color is not Ivory. Should be named “peach “ Peach does not coordinate with other colors in our guest bedroom. Sadly, I will be returning it.

First of all, though it isn't Macy's fault, I thought I was purchasing a REAL down blanket. Not the alternative. Also, I was suspect as to the brand name that the blanket came under. Indeed, the store associates had a terrible time locating the exact codes used when I returned it. The down blanket I currently own I bought in 2007/2008 and was Charter Club. I felt after all this time I'd get another which is what I initially thought but was sadly mistaken. When I order something from Macy's, I expect to receive a Macy's brand product, or brands which Macy's sells, i.e. Ralph Lauren, Martha Stewart, etc.
