Towels Pulls Like Crazy

I ordered 4 sets of 6-Piece towel sets in purple (They're actually a beautiful lilac) but after using a hand towel, twice, I noticed that the towel was full of long pulls. I'm very disappointed because the towels are so soft and plush.

Nice towels, but ...

Perhaps due to the Turkish material, the towels are HEAVY! Absorbency is "OK," but not sure I would order again.
