[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor was OK. I prefer the vanilla or chocolate. I was hoping it would be more peanut butter flavor. I have used it to make a smoothie and I have also mixed it with tofu to make a pudding. It did keep me full for quite a long time. It was easy to digest and did not cause any bloating. I also enjoy the clean ingredients.
