Manual Treadmill

I like this treadmill for the convenience and price point, however, I would prefer the motorized treadmill that you can adjust the incline. I would recommend this.

Simple mod for the Sunny manual treadmill

I've had my Sunny manual treadmill for nearly a year. It is a great value. I hop on several times a day. To reduce the stress on my 95 year old arms, I slip a short length of 2x4 lumber under the rear supports. Works well.

new treadmill.

Was pretty easy to put together as instructions were easy to follow. However, as wife and I are not gym rats, we found that the fixed incline is a bit much for beginning walkers, and it was difficult to stay on the thing. i am going to put a block of wood under the back end to see if it is a bit easier to stay on if it is leveled out a bit.
