PINK IS BEAUTIFUL

This is a beautiful workout machine very sturdy. . . The only issue is the pedals are a thick plastic and might not last as long as the other parts. . . The machine is very effective on working arms and legs (not feeling it with the buttocks or back, yet). . . I may just need to give it more time. . .

Row and Ride

This lightweight simple machine is sort of like doing squats but with the element of using your upper body also. Compact, it is a good accompaniment to our overall gym. Can easily do while watching sports or something on the TV or taking out to the front porch to enjoy the outdoors.

I think I’m going to love it

I’ve only tried it once. I like it. It works great. I’ve only tried it once for about 15 minutes and I could tell this will be my go t, to drop a little weight and tone my muscles and my core.
