Solid rower--does it need lubrication?

It’s very lightweight so I

It’s very lightweight so I can move it around easily, yet it’s also very sturdy. The seat slides easily and there really is a big difference in the resistance levels. It was super easy to assemble. I love it-I feel it in my arms, legs and core, especially, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome workout rowing machine!

Excellent for a total body workout. Machine is light weight enough to move around yet sturdy to provide your body a comfortable way to get the exercise you want from a rowing machine. I use it for two hours a day and am thrilled with the results. Stores easily in a closet.
