Iron that sucks

I wish I had used this iron sooner because I would have returned it. It's VERY heavy and I really hate it. I have had it 5 months so it seems I own it. I do not recommend it. There is nothing about this iron that I like. I've always used Rowenta and that's the brand I would recommend.

Steam iron

It’s a great iron, I really like the digital display, and it heats up very quickly and does a reasonably good job. I just couldn’t get used to the extra length from the retractable cord storage. It bothered me enough to give it to my neighbor.

Good value

Good value and great features. Definitely more features than my 25 plus old iron but they seem all useful. Especially the auto cord retractor so extra slack is out of the way and digital readout which is easy to view.

Good Iron, but terrible directions

The iron is great. However, the directions are TERRIBLE. Lots of detail on how to plug in the electrical cord (a skill I think everyone who is planning to iron already knows how to do), but no info on how to TURN ON the iron. On the diagram of the iron, one of the functions was labeled "SOS". No info on what that means. Took me about 1/2 hour to figure out how to get the iron to heat up!!!

Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sunbeam digital retractable iron meets all of my ironing needs. The fact that it’s digital makes it super user friendly but I think my favorite part is that the cord is retractable and I don’t have to spend any time rolling it up and trying to get the cord to stay wrapped around the iron. Genius.
