Other occasion to buy:Item not as advertised/inconvenient return/refund process.
Item not as described/Inconveient returns
Curtain panel was described and shown as white on the web site but was actually a light grey. Was told by customer service that a return/refund would take 5 days and that I would have to travel 40 miles just to return the item. Definitely not what I expected from Macy's, very disappointed.

One panel
I was looking for curtains for my family room in which includes four windows therefore when I seen the pictures (sets) and the price was great, I ordered three sets, I assumed I was ordering three sets but when they arrived, it was one panel per order (3) and I needed six, I tried to order three more but there sold out now I have less curtains therefore they will be going back to Macy’s. I really didn’t see or read about one panel and not being a set until I received the order, in which it had one panel assuming they failed to send a set, I called Macy’s and was informed it was for one panel. Next time before I buy I will read the entire description of the product!!!!!

curtain purchase online
worst experience shopping on line ever product was advertized. on macys website but was from third party.color was not right and when i returned to macys i lost 13 dollars plus 12 dollars for shipping never will i deal with macys ever again almost a fraudulent set up.

Amazing Value
These are gorgeous. Just beautiful. Once steamed they are 5 star hotel quality. I have dressed all of my windows with these. The colors are brilliant and incredible. The reason I give 4 stars is that the design has changed. They used to be double sided, you could use either end depending on the style desired. The few last ones I bought do not have this feature. This has cramped my style a bit since the side the decided to omit is the side I like to use. I am pretty sure this cuts costs on their end, less fabric being used, but not what I expected from them. Wack move. Also a couple were not top not quality, the seams of in between fabrics were not blended correctly. It shows up on the light. Not bad considering I purchased 21 different panels. Not worth the hassle of sending them back. They will be updated some other time. Great buy, bring the original design back. Please. Ty.
