Wrinkles easily

My husband requested this particular shirt for Christmas. He said it was a little tight in the upper arms, but it was doable. However, it was delivered to us very wrinkled and looked like a rag. I sprayed a bit of water onto it and tried to straighten it out. I hung it up and it seemed to unwrinkle.... but as it dried, it wrinkled up again. Not sure how it will actually wash and dry, but it wasn't a good start.
