I am extremely upset about Macy's customer service. I ordered this item for my son so he can pickup it from UPS access point himself. Due to Macy's mistake, the UPS person wouldn't give the package to him because the name on the package was not his name but my name. I had to go to the UPS location again and the UPS person wouldn't give it to me either and I was told the address on the package was not my address on my ID. I chatted with Macys' customer service and then called and then talked to a supervisor but none of them could give me a solution. The supervisor even told me to go back to UPS store again to try. What's the point to go back to waste more time again? It was your mistake. Macy's customer service is worse and worse. Macy's should hire people can do the job.
