Terrible seller

The seller is terrible. I purchase something the. Returned over got my refund back. I contacted them multiple times and Macys contacted them multiple times, never got my refund. Macys weren’t helpful either. They contacted the seller to get my refund, they wouldn’t refund me for this terrible purchase. As if I told Macys to deal with this seller. This was the worst experience I be ever had. I should give this seller and Macys 0 starts but unfortunately that’s not an option.
