Flimsy

I bought a Sugift brand of blender, processor, and juicer together. There was no juicer with it when it came but that was ok. When I used it the first time I wasn't impressed. I had chunks of particles that couldn't be blended (so annoying. Anyway, I called Macy's to return it and they told me it was from a 3rd party so I should send a message to them Fast forward, they're yet to respond to me.
