Comfortable but broke after two uses

I am very disappointed that after only two wears the heel started breaking. I've continued to wear them because I love the look but now after about 10 wears, they heel on one foot has completely fallen apart at the edges. I will be pursuing a refund or replacement

Comfortable and Casual

This is my second pair and I’m ready to go for the third pair of And now im trying to get a new pair because I like to dress comfortably and casual and this kind of shoes are so cute and comfortable for any occasion.

Worst Shoes Ever 😩

The first time I wore these shoes they felt pretty good. Two days later the sole of the shoes started separating. These are the worst shoes I’ve ever purchased from Macy’s 😐 I don’t recommend this product!!

Worst shoe, Causes injuries

This shoe was not made for walking. Being 5’ 9 and 120 lbs I should not be walking and the heel collapses in to it’s self. I don’t think this would happen for means foot wears. This shoe is dangerous and can cause you injury’s. I sprained my ankle because of the heal collapse so sad I can not return. But at least I can warn you before you buy.
