Pretty but uncomfortable

My daughter loved these initially but after wearing them for a couple of hours she said they were painful to walk in and not very comfortable.

Shoe issue

The box was wrong color shoe and beat up and the shoes say size 3 but we're too big! I'm a size 4, i expected smaller. The shoe could go for size 5
