Received prev. returned unit

Received an open box unit that already had a scratch on the unit. Disappointed to say the least. Will work to get this exchanged even though current options are only showing refund. If I pay for a new item, I expect a brand new item. No shrink wrap around the box at all either which is a dead giveaway that this was a previously returned unit...

Impressive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had clippers so nice. I used these to cut my boys hair and it was steps up from what I'm used to using. Of course the design and look is appealing, the weight is nice and felt comfortable in my hands, and it cut my boys hair with ease. The sound level is great too, which is great when you're using them on a sensitive kiddo (like mine!)

Amazing product

It cuts super clean and it has all sorts of different sizes and they are also magnetic ends. And it is also cordless which is amazing.

So convenient!

It is really, really nice. It has this cool little cover that you can switch out. They cut really nice and close and smooth.

Great hair and face trimmer
